We will ensure that a replacement product is issued to you with no additional cost. If the replacement is not available, we will refund the entire product amount in the form of Stars in the member account.
IMPORTANT: 1. Please note that any items returned without an authorization number will not be processed.
2. Returns of goods that are not in their original packaging will not be accepted and refused.
