Shipping


We have made best efforts to keep our transactions simple, efficient and hassle-free for the benefit of vClusive Members, our lawyers have insisted on including the following policies from a legal and regulatory standpoint. We have strived to keep these policies all encompassing and as simple as possible. We request you to review these policies and let us know if we have missed out on something or if further information is required in some sections, do write back to us at support@vclusive.com and we will be happy to review and incorporate the same for our mutual benefit.

These rates are applicable ONLY for orders shipped within India. Currently vClusive does not ship internationally.

Note: Some oversized items may require an additional shipping charge. This will be specified in the specific product pages of such items.

TIME LINE

Most orders will be processed within 2 business days of ordering, since orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and on holidays.

While we will try to ensure your order is delivered on time, vClusive cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, viz. bad weather, service interruptions, etc.

For Express Shipping, orders placed before 05:59pm (IST) will be processed on the same business day else it will be processed the following day. All orders will require a signature upon receipt.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

Once the order is out for shipment, you will receive a notification via email with the shipment details. Click here to check the status of your order. As a vClusive member, you can log in to your account to check the status of your order anytime in the Vault Orders section. Currently non-members/guests cannot transact on the Vault, as this is a vClusive Member Privilege only.

Note: Changes in shipping address will not be possible once we start working on your order, hence kindly ensure that changes or modifications are made before placing the order.

INSURANCE

Each purchase is insured by the brand partner (seller) during the time it is in transit and until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by vClusive and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
