Returns and Exchange


We have made best efforts to keep our transactions simple, efficient and hassle-free for the benefit of vClusive Members, our lawyers have insisted on including the following policies from a legal and regulatory standpoint. We have strived to keep these policies all encompassing and as simple as possible. We request you to review these policies and let us know if we have missed out on something or if further information is required in some sections, do write back to us at support@vclusive.com and we will be happy to review and incorporate the same for our mutual benefit.

Return or exchange of any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 7 days of the order shipment date will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment. Partial returns will be processed wherein you can raise a return request for one or all merchandise in your order.

Please note: Your return must be accompanied by your Order number/packing list.

Fill out the Return and Exchange Form on our website with the Order ID details or you could contact our Customer Support team via email with your Order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order within 7 days of receiving your order.

The merchandise to be returned will be picked up from the delivery address within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the merchandise is received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

Please allow 1-2 weeks from the time we receive your return/exchange to be processed. You will be notified via email once it has been processed. If you've requested an exchange, we will waive the standard shipping fee on your new order.

Return condition

Please bear in mind, any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. Products will not be accepted if;

For reasons of hygiene, panties, thongs and culottes are fitted with a safety seal to prevent them being tried on or worn. If you wish to return this type of item, the label and the safety seal must be preserved.

Categories not eligible for Return:

Some brands, products, and categories, such as cosmetics, lingerie, jewelry, crockery, etc., may not be eligible for refund/exchange, such items will have specific conditions listed on their respective product pages. Members are requested to keep this in mind while selecting items prior to checkout.

Please note: For certain product/s, merchandise, marketing campaigns or mega sale periods, special return/exchange/refund rules may apply. Information regarding this is visible on the promotion banner. For any clarification, please feel free to contact our customer care.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise:

Our orders go through a meticulous quality check processes to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition. However in the rarest of rare cases if your merchandise does get damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or cancellation and refund.

If you received and item in a defective condition or different to the one purchased; contact our Customer Support team via email (support@vclusive.com) within 2 business days of receiving the order with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items in your order. Kindly share an image of the merchandise and the invoice for our reference. We will pick up the merchandise within 2-4 business days and initiate the refund or replacement process only if the merchandise is received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

Replacement of certain merchandise is subject to the availability of stock. In cases a replacement may not be available, a full refund will be initated.

In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request, if the merchandise has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we will process the refund once the merchandise has been received and verified by us.

For payments done through credit/debit cards, netbanking, UPI or Wallets the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the merchandise back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

In addition, we also provide the hassle-free option of refund through vClusive Awards, which can be used during future purchases.
